Clematis Men Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Clematis Men Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older.
You must be physically located within the United States.
Affiliates must provide a valid U.S. bank account and taxpayer information (W-9) in order to receive payouts.
2. Independent Contractor Status
Participation in the Clematis Men Affiliate Program does not constitute employment. You are considered an independent contractor.
You are responsible for your own taxes and will receive a 1099-NEC form for earnings over $600 annually, as required by U.S. tax law.
3. Promo Code Requirement
To receive commission, your unique affiliate promo code must be used at the time of checkout by the customer.
No credit will be given retroactively for purchases where the promo code was not entered, regardless of the referring source.
Each code is tracked through Shopify at checkout. It is your responsibility to clearly communicate your code to your audience.
4. Commission & Payout
Affiliates will earn 5% commission on the net sale amount (after discounts and before taxes or shipping).
Commissions are calculated based on completed, non-returned transactions.
Due to our 60-day customer guarantee and return window, payouts are issued 60 days after order delivery.
Payouts are made via ACH bank transfer to the account you provide during setup.
5. Return & Refund Adjustments
If a customer returns merchandise or receives a refund within the 60-day return window, the corresponding commission will be forfeited.
Commissions are only paid on successful, finalized sales.
6. Program Conduct
You agree to promote Clematis Men products in an honest, respectful, and brand-aligned manner.
Clematis Men reserves the right to revoke affiliate access at any time due to misconduct, misleading advertising, or violation of program terms.
7. Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates may not engage in spam, false advertising, coupon scraping, or misleading practices.
You may use approved creative assets, product links, and your promo code across your owned channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, newsletter, etc.).
8. No Guarantee of Earnings
Clematis Men makes no guarantees of financial success or specific earnings.
Tools and calculators provided are estimates only and are based on average ticket sales and historical performance trends.
9. Modifications
Clematis Men reserves the right to modify or cancel the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without notice.
Continued participation after updates to these terms constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled in the jurisdiction of Palm Beach County, Florida.
By applying to or participating in the Clematis Men Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
