Clematis Men Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order. Here's everything you need to know to ensure a smooth and secure process:


Eligibility

  1. Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.
  3. Multi-Packs: If you purchased a multi-pack, bundle, or Clematis Refresh order, you may keep and test one pair. The remaining pairs must be unopened and returned for refund or exchange.


Note for first-time customers:
First-time purchasers of 2nd Punch Briefs or Closer’s Undershirt qualify for our 60-Day Performance Test. 


How to Start a Return

  1. Request a Return: Visit our Support Center or message us here.
  2. Approval Required: Returns must be approved before sending your item back. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. 
  3. Shipping Label Provided: Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away to resolve the issue.


Exchanges

Request an exchange and wait for a return shipping label to be sent to you. Once we receive your package and approve the exchange, we will place a new order for your desired size or product.


Refunds

  1. Refunds are processed once the return is received and inspected.
  2. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. An email will be sent to you once your refund has been approved.
  3. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval or 20 days has passed since sending your return, please contact us or submit a Customer Service Request
  4. Shipping Adjustments: If your original order qualified for free shipping and your return reduces the order total below our free shipping threshold of $100.00, the shipping cost $9.00 will be deducted from your refund.
  5. Combined Payments: For orders using both points and payment methods, refunds will be issued proportionally to the original payment split.
  6. Points earned from returned purchases will be deducted from your account balance.
  7. Returns for items purchased entirely with points will be refunded as points to your rewards account.

60-Day Performance Trial & First Pair Guarantee

Eligibility: First-time customers of each garment type (briefs, undershirt) are eligible for the purchase protection below:

Test Your Fit: Try one of each garment type. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll send you a different size or issue a full refund.

One-Time Guarantee: Limited to one refund or size replacement per garment type (briefs, undershirt) per customer.

For orders containing multiple pairs including multipacks, bundles, and Clematis Refresh:

Keep all but one of each garment type (briefs, undershirt) unopened for return or exchange. The First Pair Guarantee and 60-Day Performance Trial still applies on the first pair of each garment type you opened.


Program Monitoring 

To protect against fraud and ensure smooth transactions:

  1. Returns are monitored for misuse. Repeated violations may result in denial of future returns.
  2. Refunds are subject to an order validation process to ensure eligibility.

Refund Refusal Policy

We want to ensure fairness in all of our transactions and prevent misuse of our return policies. As such, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange in the following situations:

  1. Non-Compliance with Return Guidelines:

    • Items that are worn, used, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear will not be accepted for a return.
    • Missing tags, original packaging, or proof of purchase will result in the return being denied.
    • Items returned outside of the 60-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Excessive Returns or Abuse of Policies:

    • Customers who make frequent returns or exchanges that violate the spirit of our policy may have their return privileges revoked.
    • We reserve the right to refuse refunds if we determine that the return is part of a pattern of misuse.

  3. Final Sale Items:

    • Items purchased as part of a clearance or final sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

  4. Opened Multi-Packs:

    • If you purchased a multi-pack and opened or used more than one item, the remaining items must be returned unopened for a refund or exchange.

  5. Return Requests Without Prior Approval:

    • Any items sent back without obtaining approval from our team or without a return label will not be processed for a refund.
