How It Works
If your first opened item does not fit or feel right, contact us within 60 days of purchase. We'll make it right.
Purchased a multipack? Open one first. Once you know the fit is right, carry on with confidence.
Any remaining items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days, provided they are unopened, sealed, and in their original condition.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Additional opened items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Clematis Men may limit or deny claims when the First Pair Guarantee appears to be misused.

Can I return an opened item?
The First Pair Guarantee applies to one opened Closer’s Undershirt and one opened pair of 2nd Punch Briefs. Additional opened items are not eligible.
Unopened, sealed items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of purchase.
What if I do not want another size?
No problem. We will refund the eligible first item to your original payment method.

Our multipacks arrive sealed for a reason: open one item first.
Try the fit. Test the feel. Make sure it earns a place in your rotation.
If it does not, contact us within 60 days for help with an exchange or refund. Keep the remaining items sealed, and they may still be returned or exchanged under our storewide return policy.
