Clematis Men Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the Clematis Men Affiliate Program.

1. Approval

Participation is subject to approval by Clematis Men.

Approval may be accepted, declined, suspended, or revoked at the discretion of Clematis Men.

2. Affiliate Offer

Approved affiliates receive a personalized discount code.

Customers receive 10% off eligible purchases made using the code.

Affiliates earn 7% commission on eligible attributed sales.

3. Eligible Commission

Commission is calculated on the eligible product subtotal after discounts and before taxes and shipping.

Returned, refunded, cancelled, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise ineligible orders do not earn commission.

Clematis Men may reverse commission associated with an order that is later returned, refunded, cancelled, or determined to be ineligible.

4. Return Period and Payment

Clematis Men offers a 60-day return policy.

Commission remains pending until the 60-day return period for each order has passed.

Once the return period ends and the order remains eligible, commission will be approved and included in the next scheduled affiliate payout.

5. Permitted Promotion

Affiliates may share their code through their own:

  • Social media accounts

  • Original videos

  • Podcasts

  • Website or blog

  • Email audience

Promotions must be truthful, accurate, and consistent with the affiliate’s genuine experience.

6. Prohibited Promotion

Affiliates may not:

  • Upload or distribute their code on coupon, deal, cashback, or discount websites

  • Submit their code to browser extensions or automatic coupon services

  • Run paid advertisements using their affiliate code or link

  • Use Clematis Men advertisements, images, or creative in paid advertising

  • Bid on the Clematis Men name, product names, trademarks, or related search terms

  • Create websites, domains, pages, or social accounts that appear to be operated by Clematis Men

  • Send spam or unsolicited promotional messages

  • Use their code to earn commission on personal purchases

  • Make false, misleading, medical, or unsupported product claims

  • Present themselves as an employee or official representative of Clematis Men

7. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates must clearly disclose that they may earn commission whenever they share their code, link, recommendation, or endorsement.

The disclosure must be easy to notice and placed close to the promotion.

Acceptable examples include:

“Use my code [CODE] for 10% off. I may earn a commission from your purchase.”

“I’m a Clematis Men affiliate and may earn commission when you use my code.”

“Affiliate link: I may earn commission from qualifying purchases.”

Terms such as “ambassador,” “partner,” “collab,” or “use my code” should not be used alone because they do not clearly explain the financial relationship.

8. Honest Endorsements

Affiliates must share honest opinions and experiences.

Participation does not require a positive review. However, all product descriptions, recommendations, testimonials, and claims must be truthful and not misleading.

9. Suspension or Removal

Clematis Men may suspend or remove an affiliate for:

  • Code misuse

  • Unauthorized advertising

  • Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship

  • Misleading claims

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Violation of these terms

  • Conduct that may harm Clematis Men, its customers, or its reputation

Unpaid commission associated with ineligible or prohibited activity may be withheld or cancelled.

10. Program Changes

Clematis Men may update, pause, or end the Affiliate Program or these terms at any time.

Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
